Netflix has released the main trailer for The Devil’s Plan: Dead Again, the third season of its popular Korean brain-survival reality series. The new season is scheduled to premiere worldwide on November 10, 2026, bringing together experienced survival-game competitors and new challengers for an intense battle of strategy, alliances and psychological warfare.
Announced by Netflix on October 27, the latest trailer highlights a major change to the competition’s rules and teases confrontations among the 16 players.
A Powerful Lineup of 16 Contestants
The new season features returning survival-show veterans, including Jang Dong-min, Hong Jin-ho, Oh Hyun-min, Ha Seok-jin, Jeong Hyun-gyu, Kim Dong-jae, XITSUH, Yurisa, Hyun Kyunglyul and John Park.
They will compete alongside SHINDONG, JAE JAE, Nucksal, Yi Do, Stella Jang and Jung Wonyoung, creating a lineup that combines strategic experience, entertainment backgrounds and fresh competitive approaches.
Producer Jung Jong-yeon returns to lead the series, which aims to determine one ultimate winner through a series of challenging games.
A Major Change to the Rules
One of the biggest revelations in the new trailer is a change to the game’s elimination system. Unlike the previous seasons, losing all of a player’s Pieces will no longer automatically result in elimination. Instead, contestants’ fates will be determined by the outcomes of the games.
The change could encourage riskier strategies, new alliances and more aggressive competition as players attempt to outthink their rivals.
The trailer also hints at tension between Jang Dong-min and other contestants, including Jeong Hyun-gyu, the winner of the previous season, The Devil’s Plan: Death Room. Rivalries, shifting alliances and possible betrayals are expected to play a central role in the new season.
